1 1/2 cups Asiago or Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown butter*
2 pkg/ cream cheese softened
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat until butter foams and turns golden brown with a nutty aroma. About to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
