I have learned how to be broke and boujee, I have quite the talent for making life luxurious on a dime. So, here are my tips on how to live your life like the queen you are even if ya gotta fake it. Au GRATIN RING BOLOGNA
Ingredients
- 1 ring bologna sliced 1/2 inch thich
- 2 tbs butter, softened
- 5 Larger red potatoes, scrubbed clean and peeled
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbs flour
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 pinch nutmeg (ground)
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 cup Farmers cheese , or Mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Brown the ring bologna slices in a heavy cast iron skillet.
- Slice the potatoes. Add them in the skillet along with the bologna.Add butter. Combine the milk and sour cream in a bowl. Add the flour, garlic, salt , nutmeg, and pepper and whisk. Pour over potatoes.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and and bake for another 20-30 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
