INGREDIENTS:
1 yellow cake mix
2 c. mini marshmallows
3 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. water
1-3 oz size raspberry jello
Prepare cake according to the directions on the box. Place marshmallows in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Pour cake batter over top. Mix together rhubarb, sugar and water; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add jello. Spoon over top of cake mix. Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes.
