Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower


1 large head of fresh cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered or fresh garlic
  •  juice of 1/2 lime {optional}
  • 1/4 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
  • 1 /4 cup hot sauce or wing sauce

Break florets off of cauliflower stem. Mix together all ingredients including cauliflower in a bowl or ziploc baggie until all pieces are well coated. Spread on a cookie sheet or cast iron skillet, and bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes until the top edges are browning and the bottom edges are browned and golden.  Remove from oven and toss with hot sauce , bake another 5 minutes.Serve with a side of bleu cheese dressing dipping sauce.
