Pink Ceramic Christmas Tree ~Shabby Christmas

Ahhhh...well I got my ceramic Christmas tree...FINALLY. 
I have been looking for a vintage one, but oh dear!!, they are pricey!

Soooo I found this one at Walmart for 25 bucks!...and it has a MiniMe tree that was about 7  bucks...
The thing I LOVE about these is they are battery operated, and have a built in timer..PERFECT for in the middle of a table, no cords, and I won't forget to turn it on....or off...

Now ....YES.... I did customize mine...
I added some roses I made from that baked clay, and I top coated her in a pearl finish, as well as a touch of glitter.

I really do love the fall colors...I have them in my living room and bath, but in my kitchen and dining room...Let there be Pink, Pearls and Velvet!!!

I made these adorable pink velvet pumpkins...and they were sooo easy and cheap...I will be doing a you tube video on how to make them, so check back here ....

I DO!!!

I made these adorable ears of corn from cream velvet and glass pearls..The husks are from real ears of corn curled with a curling iron!!

These pumpkins are just dreamy...pictures do not do them justice...I made the stems from clay..

I added a fun eyeball to the flowers on the back of my chair...I want to see how many people notice...hee hee

 I feel a dinner party coming on....

O,k   so I was just having some fun here for Halloween...I am not into them creepy eyeballs, so I made me some pretty ones with some Sharpies and BIG pearls I got from Joanne fabrics....

I found this ceramic bunny thrifting...2.99. I just knew he could be cute with a  little love.

Yikes check out them eyebrows!!lol

First I painted it dark brown.
Then I painted her flat white.(yes now he is a she, lol)
I sanded all the high spots, and added some broken eye glasses I had as well as some rhinestones and broken jewelry.Oh ya and a pair of false lashes...
She turned out so cute!

Well it is now 2019!!!

Another year behind us, and I am soo looking forward to Spring when Cinderella comes home from her slumber.

For now , I will just dream, and look at her pictures...

I sometimes swipe out my dinette for a Victorian loveseat...we use vintage tv trays when we eat.

Veronica...my sassy stripper fell of the pole light....lol

This is out pottie chair...there is a porta pottie behind the curtain below..the seat lifts, and the curtains on each side can be pulled for privacy...but let's face it after 20 years of marriage, aint no one cares anymore...
