I bought this kinda shabby Vintage Chrome Lincoln BeautyWare Paper Towel Wax Paper and Foil Dispenser off of Etsy for 11 bucks .
It was pretty beat up, and the finish really sucked, but I knew I would be painting it Shabby Chic to match my kitchen anyway. Here is the journey.....

Spray painted it all white, then on the edges I used a light pink for shading. |
The next 4 steps pictured are where I printed some roses on my computer onto regular old paper, and cut them out. I then decoupaged them using Mod Podge.
