Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1tsp. instant coffee
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin, canned
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice, ground
- 1T. caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. whip cream
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, ground
Instructions
- In a blender add ice, coffee, pumpkin, vanilla, pumpkin spice, caramel, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with whip cream and sprinkle of cinnamon.
