EASY SCALLOPED CHICKEN CASSEROLE

You do not cook the noodles first!!!




SCALLOPED CHICKEN

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

2 1/2 c. milk
7 oz. macaroni,uncooked
1/2 lb American cheese,cubed
4 c. chopped cooked chicken-or turkey or  hamburger
1/2 c. melted butter, divided
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

*I always add a vegetable of your choice 1 cup





In a large bowl mix soup, milk and cheese. Add meat, macaroni, and veggies. Stir in 1/4 c. melted butter. Place in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil.Bake 1 hour at 350. Toss breadcrumbs with remaining butter, sprinkle over then bake another 10 min.
