cups fresh baby spinach leaves

cups chopped skinned deli rotisserie chicken (from 3- to 3 1/2-lb chicken)

cup halved pitted Bing cherries

cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (2 oz)

cup chopped green onions (4 medium)
1/2
cup champagne dressing
DIRECTIONS
- 1Place spinach on large platter.
- 2Arrange chicken, cherries, cheese and onions evenly over spinach.
- 3Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
Poppy seed dressing or Italian dressing can be substituted for the champagne dressing.If fresh cherries are not in season, use 1 can (15 oz) pitted dark sweet Bing cherries in heavy syrup (drained), 1 cup frozen (thawed) pitted cherries, or 1/2 cup dried cherries.
